We are excited to be Maine’s first Tiny Home Park. Construction is slated to begin in Winter 2022, these modern, efficient units will be available for rent or for purchase. Lot rent will apply in both cases.

Costs are continually changing, so pricing will be based on the current costs of construction. If current costs hold,  Units will be starting in the $100,000 – $150,000 range.
